Q | Why does the commission differs for different lease terms ?

A | In a case of renting a property that is 2 years or more and with a rental of more than $5000, the landlord's agent is agreeable to split 50% commission of 1 month rent with our tenant's agents. For amount lower than that, landlord agent will not be willing to do that. We will collect the commission from the tenant.
